Z2 type locking device assembly unit consists of four pieces with two inside double-cone rings through a set of tightening screws.
Locking assembly is an advanced basic component widely used in mechanical connection under heavy load in the world. In the connection of wheel and shaft, it is a keyless connection device that realizes load transmission by tightening high-strength bolts to make the pressure and friction produced between the containment surfaces.

Torque system
Elastic locking assembly connection is a relatively new expansion and tightening connection method. It is widely used in gear processing because of its simple structure, high centering accuracy, large transmission torque, reliable clamping and convenient assembly and disassembly. In the process of gear processing, because the traditional empirical design method lacks the relationship between the real elastic locking assembly stress and the amount of expansion when designing the elastic locking assembly, the scrap rate of the elastic locking assembly is high and the service life is short. In view of this situation, the relationship between the strength of elastic locking assembly and the expansion is qualitatively analyzed by using ANSYS finite element software, and three schemes are proposed to improve the original expansion sleeve. The example analysis shows that the stress and expansion of elastic locking assembly increase with the increase of body displacement. It is suggested that the expansion of locking assembly can be realized by stretching the mandrel by 0.15mm in actual processing, and the safety of expansion sleeve is ensured.
