Locking assembly is a kind of keyless connection device. Its principle and purpose is to generate a huge clamping force between the inner ring and the shaft and between the outer ring and the hub through the action of high-strength tension bolts, so as to realize the keyless connection between the parts and the shaft. When bearing the load, the torque, axial force or the combined load of the two are transmitted by the combination pressure of the locking assembly with the parts and shafts and the accompanying friction. Locking assembly connection has the following advantages: high centering accuracy; Convenient installation / adjustment / disassembly; High strength, stable and reliable connection; In case of overload, it can protect the equipment from damage, especially suitable for transmitting heavy load.
Installation method
1. Firstly, wipe the surface of the locking assembly and the joint surface of the connected part, and evenly apply a thin layer of lubricating oil (without molybdenum disulfide or silicon additives).
2. Push the connected part onto the shaft to make it reach the position specified in the design. Install the locking assembly that loosens the bolt into the connection space smoothly to prevent the inclination of the connected part, and then tighten the bolt by hand.
3. Torque wrench shall be used for locking assembly bolts. Tighten the bolts diagonally, crosswise and evenly, and follow the steps: (1) tighten with 1 / MA value; (2) Tighten with 1 / 2mA value; (3) Tighten with Ma value; (4) Check all bolts with Ma value
